Word problem

When I click on anything Word-related I get "Word could not create the work file. Please check the environment variable." I did some searching and tried to follow the instructions for fixing this error in Firefox but reached a dead end when I was asked to select a file from a list but the file was not there. Would uninstalling and reinstalling Word help?

Just re-install MS Word. That usually always clears up the problem.
