I think he is. I don't buy the no world cups argument. If you ever have a chance, here is a great documentary about him.

He isn't even in the top five on my list to be honest. Great player though and still has time on his side to put up better numbers and more world cups to carry his team. Its not like winning a world cup is a requirement to be considered as one of the best, but at least showing up is.
