once horse meat is cut up,ground up or otherwise processed you can't tell it is horse meat with out doing a DNA test. This is all hype I have eaten horse meat and beef and buffalo very little differences in taste and it all looks the same. In fact the average person would not be able to tell the difference between a beef rib steak and a horse rib steak by taste, texture or color and for cripes sake in a bunch of ground chuck or hamburger not a chance with out doing a DNA test on each and every patty.
