Oscar Pistorous (sp) raced in the Olympics this year against "able-bodied" athletes and did fairly well. There was a lot of controversy over the prosthetics giving him an advantage. After watching the video, I would say that if the jockey had a better handle on the horse it may have been a closer race. I also agree that the whip was an unnecessary addition and was overused.
