What's your view on helmets? Do you think folks should wear them for recreation and/or competition?

I think helmets are great. Probably 3/4 of the FEI riders at the last show we were at wore them.

I'm definitely for helmets and don't ride w/out one. It was really great to see the Olympian w/the helmet in her dressage tests, I hope more riders emulate her. There was a little discussion on one of the FB pages I've liked, only 1 person said she thought the hats were more appropriate than helmets. I hope this person comes around.
