You're also forgetting Scott Brown, who was elected into office in January 2010. So it's more like 5 months, with independents, right?

I forgot about Brown. In the case of Franken, who fills the seat while the legal BS goes on? My guess is it's just vacant, but I'm not sure. The 17th Amendment allows of someone to be appointed in the case of death or something like that, but I'm not sure what happens when it's tied up in the courts.

While you are correct, there are other factors that contribute to the unemployment rate the facts are there are fewer Americans working now than last more or the month before. The number of jobs being created is being exceeded by the number of people loosing their jobs.

Which other factors? And, job losses have been outnumbering job growth? Can you point to a source for the claim that fewer Americans are working now than last month or the month before?

I'm pretty certain the jobs report is net jobs, and does account for jobs lost subtracted from jobs added. The jobs report for August cited the number of jobs created, 103,000 in the private sector and a loss of 7,000 in government, shows it does account for loss of jobs.

So in reality, there have been no new jobs created, the over all number of jobs in American is shrinking.

I asked you to point out a source for the claim that fewer Americans are working now than last month or the month before, and you didn't.

You didn't say the number of new jobs created is being exceeded by the number of people who have lost their jobs since 2008. You weren't talking about January 1, 2008 to now, you were talking about the August unemployment numbers. And I corrected you, that the number of people losing their jobs is FACTORED into that number.

Alex, as you must know by now, fact and truth do not matter. Accountabiltiy does not matter unless you are a self rightous radical attacking the perceived enemy with manufactured evidence! (Lacking everything except silly accusation) They attack like shark, blindly, smelling blood. Hoards of brainless fools! When proven wrong; they pretend they are without blame and it's always the other side's fault! I'm thinking, surely they must see but they do not!
