And the fact is the regulations for O-care are still being written. In the modern era there is no "equal protection under the law".
Federal laws are molded and shaped by the bureaucracy to fit the voting constituency. Its also a form of "evolutionary" law....but who cares ?

Sure they did, they tried to do what the majority of the American people wanted and still want, they tried to kill obamacare. That is what a representative form of govt supposed to do follow the will of the people.

But now, the poor unions that pushed so hard for obamacare don't like the fact that their insurance costs are going to go up.. Booo Hooo, cry me a river. They didn't think it would effect them, just everyone else. The phrase "useful idiots" comes to mind.
