We are a local small business here in Olympia and am looking for some new and creative ways to increase our customer base for the new year. We specialize in nails, haircut, facial, make up application, and deep cleansing, moisturizing, rejuvenating facials and more.

I wanted to know what other small businesses are doing in 2013 to help them grow there customer base. Are you offering deeper discounted coupons on your services or products, increasing your marketing efforts to help gain more local viability for your business or simply staying the same and doing what you did last year.

What do you think might be some good ideas to help out some small business owners like myself.
