It's black and white americans.
Of course most want to work.
Picking fruit comes to mind.
Mexican's do want to do that
job.
Why can't we have some inmates
that aren't harden criminals work
in the fields? Don't know if they
have tried that or not...Remember
the "chain gangs"?
