Dirty Buses - On The Outside
Two Things:
We pay a lot of tax money to keep King County / Metro operating yet their buses are filthy on the outside. Some look as though they had not been washed in a year.
On December 17th, 2011 was the third weekend for the Leavenworth Christmas Lighting Festival. When our bus arrived in Everett, those going to Leavenworth was transferred to another bus specifically going to Leavenworth. The bus was so dirty on the outside, you could not see the outside. It was sad going over Stevens Pass with all the snow yet you could not see out. All the passengers and myself felt embarrassed riding in that dirty bus on Northwestern Trailways.

Re: Dirty Buses - On The Outside
Seriously, you don't have anything better to write about?
When it is raining or, even worse, snowing, the busses get very dirty and as soon as they are cleaned and put back out on the road, they are dirty again. Imagine how dirty your car gets in the snow with all the sand and slush on the roads. Now imagine a bus driving through the snow all day long, or going hundreds of miles and taking people over the mountain passes IN THE SNOW. You expect them to be spotless all the time? I think the city/county is more worried about paying for fuel at $4.00+ per gallon than they are paying people to wash the busses every couple of hours to keep the road grime off them.

A lot of people tend to not agree with me but whenever I ride the bus the drivers are really rude, disrespectful and impatient or have massive road rage.

My brother is a bus driver. As you already know bus drivers take a lot of **** from people. It's just part of the job. But like everyone else, there are good days and there are bad days.
