driver runs over man in road rage, leaves license plate

1st man cut off the 2nd man. 2nd man speeds up and cuts the 1st man then hit the brakes. 2nd man stops his car and 1st man rams it from behind, pushing the victim's car about 10 ft forward. victim gets out of his car and then the other driver runs him over. license plate is left behind at the scene due to collision.
all i got to say to this is, wow idiots these days!
