Better to use the hands free for your cellphone while driving. It is better to avoid cellphone driving. There is a chance of getting the ticket issued if a cop watches it.

I am doing a project for drivers ed to get my restricted lisence, and one of the questions is asking me to name an orginization against teens driving with cell phones or just against driving with cell phones.

I don't really think you need to be able to hear to be able to drive, it's more of a visual thing.

Dang I suck at thesis statements unless they are for books or something like that. You will have to support a side of the debate. I'm guessing you should argue why it should be illegal to talk and drive.
